Our Story

Built from Personal Choice. Guided by Structured Care.

Ammol-G2.png

After spending over 15 years across Europe and India solving complex operational problems, leading business strategy, and building healthcare workforce systems, Ammol made a personal decision to return home to Pune. His reason was simple: parents were in good health, and he wanted to be present for this chapter of their lives rather than watching from thousands of miles away.

As he witnessed friends, relatives, and own extended family navigate aging in India, a clear pattern emerged. Most families operate reactively—scrambling only after a sudden fall, a hospital admission, or a stalled legal matter forces their hand.

At the same time, the support available on the ground felt broken. Families living abroad were forced to choose between managing a dozen disconnected local vendors themselves or relying on large agencies that treat eldercare like a hurried, app-based transaction.

FamCircle was created to offer a more thoughtful, dependable way forward. We combine the warmth and familiarity of a trusted family friend with the calm, structured execution of an experienced operational partner. Whether we are coordinating home healthcare, adapting a bathroom for safety, or sorting out banking and property paperwork, we look after your parents' world with the same care and foresight we bring to our own home.

How We Approach Family Care

Caring for aging parents isn't a checklist of isolated errands—it requires understanding how health, home, and peace of mind fit together.

01 | Relationships Before Transactions

Most services today focus on speed—sending a stranger to complete a task and leave. We believe transactions should come last, and human connection should come first. Older adults value familiar faces, patience, and genuine conversation. We take the time to build real rapport with your parents, ensuring they always feel heard, respected, and completely in control of their routine.

02 | Bridging the Unspoken Gap

When children live abroad, parents often hold back their day-to-day struggles—a slippery step, a confusing bank notice, or a nagging health concern—simply to avoid worrying their kids. Because we are present on the ground and listen closely to both generations, we gently bridge the gap between what children assume from afar and what parents actually need at home.

03 | Proactive Readiness Over Reactive Panic

Life doesn't happen in neat compartments. A sudden medical need immediately affects hospital transport, health insurance claims, home mobility, and financial access. Instead of waiting for a 2:00 AM crisis, we help families organize the whole picture early—so if a surprise ever occurs, everyone knows exactly what to do.

04 | Fairness That Protects Quality

When agencies cut corners or squeeze the wages of nurses, caregivers, and technicians, the quality of care inside your parents' home suffers. We do not take hidden commissions from vendors, nor do we push the cheapest, overworked help. We vet independent professionals for skill and character, ensure they are treated fairly, and charge you a clear, honest fee for our oversight—so the person walking through your parents' door is dependable and unhurried.
