1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to FamCircle. By accessing our website, purchasing the Emergency Continuity Blueprint, funding an Operating Wallet, or engaging us for eldercare coordination, household management, or NRI travel/administrative concierge services, you ("Client", "Family", or "You") agree to these Terms of Service.

 

2. Our Role: Dedicated Care Orchestrator & Family Concierge

FamCircle operates as a high-touch Care Coordinator, Administrative Proxy, and Vetted Service Orchestrator in Pune, Maharashtra.

To ensure complete clarity and trust between your family and our team, we draw a transparent distinction between Our Direct Accountability and Third-Party Specialist Execution:

• A. What Family Circle Is Directly Accountable For (Our Commitment to You):

  1. Rigorous Vetting: Screening every third-party healthcare agency, caregiver, technician, driver, or service partner through our 4-Gate Verification Protocol prior to deployment.

  2. Clear Scope & Briefing: Briefing providers on your parents' preferences, scheduling visits accurately, and tracking arrival and completion.

  3. Quality Oversight & Replacement ("N+1 Backup"): Monitoring service quality, gathering parent feedback, holding vendor payments in check until work is verified, and stepping in promptly with a backup provider if a scheduled vendor cancels or falls short of standards.

  4. Financial Honesty: Maintaining 100% billing transparency with original third-party receipts and zero hidden markups.

• B. Regulatory & Specialist Boundaries (What Licensed Providers Own):

  1. Medical & Clinical Care: FamCircle is not a hospital, licensed medical clinic, nursing bureau, or emergency ambulance operator. All clinical diagnoses, prescriptions, nursing procedures, and physiotherapy treatments are performed solely by independent, licensed medical professionals or accredited healthcare bureaus coordinated at your request.

  2. Insurance, Legal & Tax Information: Our Emergency Continuity Blueprint and administrative reviews provide descriptive operational extractions (such as highlighting policy room-rent caps, co-pay clauses, or nominee registration status from your existing documents). This does not constitute IRDAI-licensed insurance solicitation, formal legal representation, or statutory tax audit advice. When formal legal drafting, tax filing, or clinical intervention is required, we coordinate qualified independent professionals with your approval.

  3. NRI Travel, Flights & Hospitality Bookings: When you ask us to arrange India travel logistics (such as domestic/international flights, hotels, serviced apartments, or inter-city transport for visiting children or parents), we act as your booking coordinator. Flight schedules, airline cancellations, and hotel premises operations remain governed by the respective airline or hospitality operator's terms.

 

3. Senior Dignity & Consent Policy

Every service inside a parent's home in Pune is delivered on a foundation of mutual respect and consent. FamCircle will never force a medical, household, or administrative intervention upon an older adult against their wishes. If a parent declines a visit or task ordered by an adult child, we will pause execution immediately, inform the family, and work together on a comfortable alternative.

 

4. Pricing, The Blueprint Guarantee & The Operating Wallet

• The Emergency Continuity Blueprint (₹1,994 Incl. GST): Payable upfront upon submitting the intake request. If you purchase any ongoing monthly coordination plan or service package from FamCircle within 90 days of your Blueprint delivery, 100% of the ₹1,994 fee will be deducted from your first service invoice.

• Coordination Retainers & One-Time ("Sahaj Seva") Fees: Our fee for coordination, accompaniment, or monthly care management is quoted transparently upfront and agreed upon before work begins.

• The Zero-Markup Operating Wallet: To pay third-party vendors (nurses, pharmacies, labs, plumbers, drivers, or travel vendors) seamlessly without burdening your parents for cash at the door, clients maintain a pre-funded Operating Wallet.

  • We deduct exact third-party vendor charges at actuals and share the original bill/receipt with you via WhatsApp or email.

  • For any single third-party expense exceeding ₹1,000 (except pre-authorized recurring nursing/pharmacy schedules or urgent safety dispatches), we obtain your quick approval via WhatsApp/email prior to expenditure.

  • Refunds of Unused Wallet Funds: Any unspent balance in your Operating Wallet belongs strictly to you. Upon request or termination of services, unused wallet balances are refunded in full to your original payment method or designated bank account within 3 to 5 business days.

 

5. Emergency Support Protocol

While our Emergency Continuity Blueprint prepares your household for medical emergencies and our team assists actively with hospital routing, ambulance coordination, and family updates, FamCircle is not a substitute for municipal emergency services (such as dialing 108/112) or a hospital emergency room. In a life-threatening situation, the nearest hospital emergency desk or ICU ambulance must always be contacted first using your Fridge Protocol sheet.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

FamCircle exercises high diligence in vetting, briefing, and monitoring every third-party provider we coordinate. In the event of any service deficiency in our coordination, FamCircle’s maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall be limited to the total coordination/advisory fees paid by you to Family Circle during the three (3) months immediately preceding the incident (excluding third-party pass-through wallet expenses).

 

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Even where services are booked or funded by family members residing outside India, the physical services are performed within Pune, Maharashtra. Accordingly, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably through direct discussion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
